Fare Rules

Full Flexible Fare:

Can be booked at anytime up until flight departs. Fully flexible airfare with no change or cancellation fees applicable prior to departure. Fare is fully refundable except in the case of failure to check-in for flight, fare is forfeited. Name changes are permitted. Can be paid by cash, credit card, invoice or purchase order.

Early Bird Fare:

Can only be booked up until 24 hours prior to flight departure, subject to seats being available in applicable booking class.

Fare is non refundable. Changes are permitted subject to seat availability in applicable booking class and a $44.00 change fee applies (incl GST). Should seats not be available for new travel dates in applicable booking class, fare must be upgraded to Full Flexible fare and difference to be paid as well as the change fee applies.

Payment by cash or credit card only.

Failure to check-in for flight, fare is forfeited.
